Made with damn fine fruit handpicked in Healesville, Wurundjeri Land. A wild fermented, unfined and unfiltered red (bit like me) made for mates, dates and greats. Chill it if you're feeling hot headed.
Winemaking: Picked on 21/3/22 at 11.9 Baumé. Mostly destemmed with a smackering of carbonically macerated berries. Daily gentle punch downs and then the big press once the ferment calmed down. Racked before spending about 9 months in seasoned oak to give it that good good texture. Unfined, ufiltered, minimal sulfur added, 12.1% ABV.
